I'm not defending trademark violators.

I'm thinking of companies posturing with a stance of "We won't do business with anyone related to or doing any business with .XXX (except our registrar, hosting, content and billing company and Google), and refuse to pay affiliates for any traffic sent from .XXX domains (but we'll be happy to take that traffic and keep the sales...)"
