do you understand how a filibuster works
no matter how many days this goes on they will keep trying to tack amendments that will require hours of discussion
until the opposition has enough time to educate the public
the hope that they can pass a bill without the normal public scrutiny
the last ammendment will be to make the penalty for making a false claim as serious as infringing
ie lose all your copyrights if you make a bogus claim.
