OK bro? You bought .xxx because the sky was falling.

You buy into the side that is against your own interest both times.
It wasn't me who couldn't get them to work, it was a technical error which made the token unavailable. I didn't buy .xxx because the sky was falling, I bought 4 .xxx domains because it's not much money and who knows what the future will hold with the extension. Simply a small investment.

I fail to see how ICM is against my interests. The scare tactics that everyone bombarded the adult boards with don't seem to be legitimate. From another post of mine:

But, as far as I can see, .xxx and IFFOR are no different than .com and ASACP. The price started out at the original .com price and will decrease just like the .com price. ICM is offering services that .com doesn't, such as spending money on marketing the .xxx extension, virus/spyware scanning, taking a proactive response to piracy, and offering traffic portals.

The defensive registrations aren't much different than those you would see on other new extensions, as we have seen in the past. And frankly, I blame those overreacting to the .xxx extension such as the universities around the country for not being savvy enough to recognize that there is virtually no threat or interest in the domains they are registering. And, trademark infringement isn't tolerated, as we've seen.

After wading through all the scare tactics prior to the launch of .xxx, I really don't see what the big deal is any longer.
And for the bill, having any site I own have a big justice department logo on the front page isn't of interest to me. This bill, like many others, is going beyond piracy into censorship.
