The EFF seems to disagree with you.
Are you saying in this new bill, a competitor cannot contact your billers and hosts, accuse you of stealing content, and get your site added to the black list? Are you saying a court is now involved? I can't see anything about that in the news. Your link has expired. So educate me as I clearly misread it. As did the EFF, Google, Facebook etc etc etc
