I didn't say we weren't still wired to rape, just that society didn't need rape anymore. I still enjoy it, and crack up every time my dog wakes up to suprise buttsex when I'm drunk. His poor little ass bleeds all night sometimes.
But, as a society, the need for men to rape women to provide genetic diversity and to ensure procreation has now passed. In the animal kingdom, the need persists for some species ... Just not ours.
