Zombaio is behind RedPass and we have been doing CC processing for adult the last 4 years, we are registered as a Payment Institution under the FSA. We own the BIN of the cards we issue which gives us more flexibility.
Some of the features we have that I think makes us different:
Emergency card replacement, we can send a new card to you by courier within hours if you lose your card on holiday for example.
Rewards program, get tickets to industry events we sponsor, free transactions, special cards ect.
No above market rate assessed upon current foreign exchange rates, we do not charge anything but $3 for a ATM transaction. (MasterCard charges 1% exchange fee for non-USD transactions).
Fee structure, free POS and online transactions.
