Everybody I know that needed a job today now has one. They may be making less than they used to, but they are getting by. Nobody seems to not be shopping for christmas this year.
That wasn't the case for the people I know two years ago. Lots of devastation.
The only people I know not working that would like to be are older folks, but social security and pensions finally kicked in. They'd like side work but probably won't get any.
