If unemployment goes down a lot farther he will be re-elected.
Today's unemployment rate ain't enough. Matter of fact it's just now getting back down CLOSE to what it was when he took over from Bush. And that was considered really bad (I think it was 7.6 when he took over)
This election is gonna be all about the economy. That's why the media guys who moderate the debates NEVER really ask about the economy from the Republican candidates. They instead ask them about religion and try to get them to fight.
Not any substantial questions are ever asked. But it does make for good television.
They know that if they can keep the attention away from employment numbers and economic discussions, then Obama has a chance.
Bottom line: If the economy turns around Obama wins. If it doesn't, he loses.
