US based companies are hiring people overseas to generate leads for them. It drives me crazy and I get at least 2-3 a day.

I always reply with "YES" and then wait for the real guy in the US to hit me up! They ask for my phone number and I say e mail only.

I then get all their marketing documents and then I ask them for a price.

I then ask them why should I do business with a PR1 website that doesn't rank for any keywords related to their business.

No more responses from them.
