Good video, but everything must be taken in context. Without sleep and food, people tend to lose focus, make bad decisions, take much longer to accomplish tasks, etc. Sometimes, working a lot of hours is required when you are on the "scent" of something good. I've done that many times. Over the normal course of a business week, however, it would be better to ensure that you eat small meals frequently and get enough sleep every night. I do agree with the part about putting your goals above partying etc.
