Given the history of adult payment processors you should have the name and primary residential address of the owner of the company. If they refuse to give that out then you have to wonder whether they are planning on running with the money.
Who owns Paxum? Who exactly owns Redpass? What are their histories?
It's not a lot to ask when they want YOUR government photo ID and signature along with a verified address. Why not get the same from them?
