I went 9 days when I was in my 20's.
Could have gone longer but my girlfriend went ballistic about what I was doing.
I had planned to go 30 days.
Bottom line : If you can go 3 days then going 9 days is just as easy because after
3 days you no longer crave food.
I went jogging on the 4th day....big mistake!!!
I felt like I was being stabbed in the stomach with a knife for a few hours.
