Keyword being flouride. Same thing. Doesn't matter how much there is.

Alcohol ok maybe not conclusive, hasn't been proven that it doesn't either.

And yes, HPV being the cause most probably combined with poor oral hygiene. If you've just given oral sex, the most healthy thing you could possibly do is clean your teeth.
