Its the daily fluctuations that are surprising me, in 5+ years we will see 20% fluctuations from day to day, that is the norm, always has been. Monday was a kick ass day one of the best in 2011, tuesday dropped 80% to our worst day of the year. In the space of 24 hours it went from epic to awful, it just doesn't make any sense and analysing everything from traffic to declines is not flagging anything out of the ordinary. I just wish the taps would stay open.
