there are a number of others NOT doing business with ICM.
id bet you can add Digital Playground to that list as well.

both show no data just "Reserved by ICM registry"
Diabolic.xxx on the other hand has their name showing up with a full WHOIS result.
cant get much further right now as ICM have restrictions in place on how many whois queries you can do.
