Yes, it does find out forums & blogs (automatic).
And then it finds out the high PR innerpages (automatic), where your backlinks are postable (manually).

The high PR works two way :
1. It boosts your SERP rankings.
2. It increases your homepage PR.
I have few buyers of this software, and check http://www.check-rank.com/ that these high PR backlinks do increase your homepage's PR.

Forum commenting is 100% auto-approved and som blogs like Drupal & BlogEngine.Net blogs are by defauld dofollow. You ahve to write good and relevant comment to get approved.
