I've answered your questions and yet you haven't answered mine but instead have avoided it and tried to steer the issue elsewhere so that you can try and score some big forum "win" in your mind...

Provide me the information I requested so I can test out your assumption that it's 30 seconds to grab a screen shot, sharpen, crop and make sure they're "quality".. and then I'll answer/respond appropriately...
