1. The $20/hr assumes that the fundamental assumption of 30 seconds a thumb is realistic. I don't believe it is... I asked you to show me how that can be accomplished but you're not willing to.. Despite what you might think, I'm actually interested and was perfectly willing to admit I was wrong if I tried it out for myself and found that my assumptions were wrong.
2. Don't really pay "gruntworkers" as I automate the majority of things.
3. Depends on how you look at it. $1000 and getting crappy results would be a rip off for example... Generally however, when you go with really cheap labour and the task is much bigger than what's been paid, those guys almost always end up disappearing on you.. There's been a shit load of threads on here that show that clearly. So in the end, it's usually less likely that you'll be ripped off if you're paying a more realistic rate... In this case, see #1.
