dont eat too much meat eat what you want monday through thurs.(try to stay away from fried stuff) Friday eat fruits and veggies only and some rice slim on the butter(drink plenty of water don't over do it) Sat. workout out at least 3 hours in the day 30 min burst till you reach 3 hours is ok rinse and repeat the workout sunday. Monday start over
