What kind of traffic do you send to webcams? Tubes? Webcam Flash Galleries?

I see sponsors invest a huge amount of money in their webcam tours, or in mobile/cams platforms, and I get propably 30 emails daily of webcam sponsors asking me to promote their program for 200 per signup... I hardly get any email from niche paysites that convert well.. So that could be a signal... But anyway.
