How do you figure that? Sniffy will report back based on a deep scrub based upon parameters the sponsor sets. The deep scrub being meta's, URL's, text etc....either you bust on a trigger or not, no false positives.
As for the image verification, thats the human element where the image will be judged based on specific criteria. If a sponsor wants to know who is pushing the 18 as younger....thats the sponsors judgement call.

If we see questionable images and the site is not using known CP triggers, than its obvious this webmaster is not dealing in the lolita market.
Typically, if 18 yo presented to be younger is a webmaster goal they market to the lolita niche and the deep scrub wil pick up these indicators. NO grey area.
