Sarah is an amazing performer, both solo and girl girl... really enjoys her work ! I agree I dont like the fakies, but she did it for herself and not work related... she had a very small bust... like a "A"... and didnt feel comfortable (even though you'd never believe it)
It doesnt surprise me she still gets plenty of work... mind you isnt she pregenant right now ? Always interesting to see how that changes the girls look...
