shemp here is some serious advice.
let your business be shaped by people on a message board who have never sent any money to you, never will, have no influence on people who do. consider the opinions of those who post about aspects of the business they are not part of, but who love to be part of the internet lynch mob of the week because it fulfills a psychological need for them. lose five customers in order to please the one who is a white knight for every in internet cause. take the opinions of those on message boards who will decry your business ethics but do the exact same thing behind your back. take a huge stand on a message board about something you have no control over in order to give yourself an illusory feeling of control.
