You could put a warning at the start and end of the films that the films are personal use only and uploading will result in a big fine. Put a warning not on the site too. It may help to put some off.

Option 2 I was going to recommend, something small in the corner of the footage... I may begin to do this
The warning is a great idea but if recut, wouldn't stop anyone using the content, but would make life harder for the little fuckers
