My brother's wife has a friend who got married when she was 18. She was big into church and the church was very proud of her for waiting to have sex until marriage etc. Most of the church came to her wedding and many of them helped her and her new husband move into their place after the honeymoon.
Two years later when they realized that they got married way too young and got divorced none of them showed up to help her move back out and they even told her that she was still welcome at church, but that they would appreciate if she didn't talk about her "situation."
Had she shacked up with the dude she would have realized it wasn't going to work and saved everyone including herself and her family a ton of time, heartache and money. Pretty crazy world we live in.
