And in October, the UK's four largest ISP's switched over to the opt-in system. Keep in mind that this is for all content, and TLD extensions have nothing to do with it. ICM Registry is not in support of censorship and "Protect[ing] free expression rights as defined in the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights" is clearly stated as one of IFFOR's policy goals.
