in canada a native reserve can have different laws then the rest of the country....

I think there's laws here about interest not going over 30% or so... but there might be a loophole on a native reserve and since it's done via internet.... interesting
mind you , the kind of people taking those loans at that interest rate are HIGH default clients...i wonder what percentage default on their loans?
