Not sure about the rest of the world. But as an employer in the U.K, there are some very interesting opportunities coming about for employers to get untrained staff and the government helping pay their wages.
Training people from scratch, then not making you money and you paying wages is never going to be easy. But taking people on and the government paying their wages, or half becomes an interesting proposition.
It is something We'll be looking at over the next few months.

Don't be silly. You should read the name of the OP and that decides if it's a good idea or a bad one.
Fletch you're assuming all the unemployed are uneducated. Like others, living in the dream world. Every day skilled people are getting laid off, University Graduates are looking for a job. Don't assume it's only the uneducated who are unemployed.
I think many here are simply scared there might be more affiliates stealing their meagre income. This idea is more for mainstream than porn. That's miniscule compared to mainstream.
I'll bet a lot of the skills that are being taught in the UK by the scheme JT speaks of are skills that take a long time to master.
