Putting the OPs attitude aside, one of the golden rules of busines is that it's a lot cheaper and better to KEEP a customer than to get one. Business people have known that for hundreds of years.
Why better? Because one happy customer refers another, while an unhappy customer warns other potential customers away. So a rebilling customer is also one who mentions your site to a friend, leading to a new sale.
