Looks like CCBill is on top of things.
CCBill is a big company - 130 employees or so. The amount of support email that CCBill must get daily must be staggering. Somethings these things get misplaced or overlooked. If you don't get a response from CCBill in 24 hours or sooner, you need to pick up the phone call them. CCBill is always willing to answer questions or help out where needed.
