Processors are bound by the VISA/MC guidelines regardless of the merchant bank doing the processing. Scat, beasts, CP, etc. are deemed a no-no.

Beast and cp yes, but scat is not. Most processors won't touch it, but in Europe it's not banned by visa/mastercard
