I know. I have been used to ticket system which worked like a charm. I must say though, it will often be faster if i am able to do easy things as adding fx domains and databases myself.

I am a firm believer of using DirectAdmin. I just do not understand the logic of paying for fully managed if you are going to do most of the stuff yourself.
