Next time you'll learn to open multiple accounts, business/personal using your correct name and tax information. If you have the correct information an still insist on cheating, the first month is critical because it sets an algorithm/standard for your payout structure.

Meaning, send a ton of good valid traffic, do whatever you feel you could get a way with, then stop forever. Also, if you decide to beg and somehow get your account reactivated, you'll NEVER make the same money as you did in the past. In short, walk away and start over.
