Jerry Sandusky's lawyer says new charges might get Sandusky jailed soon, before his Dec. 13 hearing

The charges would be on top of the current sex-abuse charges involving eight boys.
Amendola said, "My concern is if they bring new charges based upon new people coming forth, that bail's going to be set, and he's going to wind up in jail."
Amendola revealed to ABC News that Sandusky is now a prisoner in his own home and has received death threats. He also continues to defend Sandusky, alleging that claims that Sandusky assaulted boys in his own home are unlikely since the house was always full of people.
However, Amendola did concede that if guilty, he believes Sandusky should go to jail for life.

Other alleged victims are turning to each other for support, since they fear others will out them and cause a media swarm. The only encouragement for Victim One, Gillum said, is watching other alleged victims come forward because they felt empowered by his courage.
“He feels good about that,” Gillum said. “That’s the one good that’s come of all this.”
