If the latter $15,000 isn't enough to open an effective program.

That was over a year ago setting up NATS with PimpCash.com that took ages, CG was only making $500/week then.
Streamate.com will handle all the CC processing / tracking / fraud control.

Streamate pays me 35% to 40% Revshare with Payoneer.
I forward 30% to 35% to the Affiliates with Payoneer.
The affiliate payments could even be automated, so I'm only running the Front end and Stats of the AP after all the transaction level work is done by Streamate.
Will work on CamAffiliate.com Dec and Jan.
NATS is the only Affiliate Software that Streamate W/L plugs into
so NATS burning me is setting things back a bit, I have to learn XML to poll the Streamate accounting database.
