Now having said that, the issue of real time stats is a very heavy issue and if you examine it closely, you will understand how having real time stats will only benefit you the merchant!!
The only ones who would benefit from not giving you real time stats are the one's holding and securing your data...
If your data is not forwarded in real time then the likelihood of your stats/data being manipulated increases greatly....
You cannot manipulate credits, form hits,sales,submissions, etc... if data is forwarded in real time...its not possible
And as I have said 1000 times....if a login and pass can be issued to customer in real time, then there is no reason on GOD's Green EARTH that you cannot have real time credits, form clicks, and submissions issued to the merchant.
Think about it this way....you as the merchant drawing the sales are the VERY LAST IN THE QUE TO BE NOTIFIED OF TRANSACTION
Your 3rd party biller, and your customers are fully aware of the transaction being approved or denied, often times hours before you are even notified by email, or by loging into your admin...so there is a disconnect
Don't let the pseudo bankers bamboozle you with creative terminology like "server lag" database corruption/transfer/protocol/reboot,etc.
When you make a cash bank deposit in your branch, you can immediately leave your bank go to atm, or online banking and SEE the deposit in real time...
Your bank never says you won't see your funds because of server lag, or delayed reporting... they never say you need to give it 15 minutes for your funds to be available
