Ever heard of the fucking Patriot Act? Something that your savior Obama extended? They can wire tap your phone or search your house without a warrant. Complete violations of the 4th amendment. But I doubt you care because you're all scared shitless of some cave monkeys coming to kill you that you give up your liberties for what you think is security.
Obama (and lots of presidents before him) use executive orders to sidestep congress. I bet you're okay with that as well.
You think it's all fun and games until you or one of your family members is locked up or killed by an executive order that is unconstitutional.
