Jay it's not for me to decide who's fault is what happened to like whoa, i am not going to point fingers, and it's none of your business, you had no vested interest in the company. what happened to like whoa in the last 10 days, had nothing to do with me, or my decisions.

In my opinion, you did a good share to bring the company down, but hey, who's counting.
