Also I am not taking sides in some trashing exercise. It is also not a matter of "my opinion" - that don't matter a shit. What matters are the facts.
What I am saying is... there is more than room for concern when you "appear" to be selling content with no written terms of resale. You may have this, but you have said you don't then use some scrap fax to "apparently" say there is...
Hell.. I've been buying and selling content for about 30+ years and I get this bad aura when you say things which often seem to be just avoidance.
I got nothing against you or SobeGirl (in fact the opposite!) and I have no axe to grind. This is just common sense "covering your ass" stuff.
