Alright, update.

I contacted the Attorney General in my state, who are thankfully helpful as fuck. They said they will launch an investigation, and try to conotact him on my behalf to see what the deal is. I just have to fill out a form online.

The good 'ol boys in North Carolina are a different story, this fucking idiot tells me after repeatedly asking over and over again to explain what a "galleray submit sorvice is sposed ta be" that I can't file a report because there's no crime commited yet. He says "you gotta give the boy a fightin' chance" and "he could be sleeping, or dead for all you know". To which I asked how he would feel if he payed 200 dollars and never heard a word. He just came across as lazy. Long story short, If I can't prove anything [which in my opinion, is their fucking job] All I can do is file a civil suit through North Carolina's Magistrate.

Unless:

I can get more people who have kept documented information of him trying to scam and or actually getting scammed by this piece of shit. In this case, I can file a criminal report.

Funny thing is, if I can get him liable in a civil suit, then criminal charges will be brought against him. WHat the fuck? You know the first thing a judge is going to say is "why did'nt you file a police report?".

Bullshit.

ANyway, hopefully, my local government will help me out, but I really need all the people that complained about this fuck to step forward. The more evidence we give these rednecks, the less their going to dig into adult. Which I would imagine would be a good thing considering the level of ignorance with this gentleman I talked to.
