I appreciate the positive feedback. I know I need to be healthier. I am trying to be as of right now. I think one of my biggest obstacles is quitting smoking. They say if a smoker quits, they gain back weight. One of these days I will go get some NicodermCQ or something similar. I tried the gum, me no likey.


The gum made me hiccup.
