Lucid dreaming has nothing to do with how happy you are, and while Serotonin is known to contribute to happiness, it too has nothing at all to do with Lucid dreaming. Connections between 2 things don't mean they require each other to make an equation true. Diet is also completely unrelated to lucid dreaming.
