Hey Theo,

What is the status of the AVN/GFY investigation regarding allegations about Media Revenue card banging (and other issues)?

The investigation was launched back on August 15th/16th, nearly three months ago.

It would seem that something could have been learned by now. For example, if you ran tests of cards, it is reasonable to expect that after 1 or 2 billing cycles have passed, you would have some sort of data which could be revealed.

Please provide us with an update.
