Low on tryptophane ? You'll be depressed and will keep the serotonine for waketime to fight the depression... Lucidity can only happen if there's an abundance of serotonine... tryptophane is the precursor to 5HTP, which is the precursor of serotonine... low serotonine=no lucid dreaming.
