Or try 3 bananas with warm milk....
Make sure that there's absolutely no noise and no light in your bedroom...
To reach lucid state you need at least 3 uninterrupted REM periods, so keep your room completely dark and silent... sleep alone, for at least 7 hours uninterrupted, the 5th or 6th REM period will be lucid, for about 10 minutes...
Try a sleepmask and earplugs if you're in the wrong environment.
