I agree. Though I don't necessarily think it's particularly respectful starting a thread in a porn forum. I also don't think mindless "respect" is respectful. I'm sick of all the ritualistic bullshit surrounding dead soldiers from the military/Government when they, the military/Government, are the ones responsible for the deaths in the first place, and use that kind of 'respect' and ritual to silence or denounce any criticism. Ie, that if you criticize the war, or elements of it, you're somehow not showing respect for the soldiers or the dead.
