The simple fact is, to lose weight, you gotta exercise more, eat less - but for some reason most ppl prefer to buy useless ab machines / pills / waste their money on some stupid program that offers quick & easy weight loss!
& really, punkworld, you've hit the nail right on the head - just doing those things is enough to keep the weight off, it's not rocket science, it's just common sense.
