Fines? ok dude thats like having a fine for murder instead of jail time... you think that would deter anyone for committing murder.
There are well established rules in the NCAA and games being lost is the only punishment that means anything.. we will have to wait and see how this plays out.. I would wager a lot of money of games being pulled
