this is how ordinary people get conflicted with all this bullshit... they take one piece of truth.. that being that the cia PAID MONEY and gave weapons to aid groups in Afghanistan, namely the taliban to assist them fighting the russians. They take that fact and spread it extremely thin and claim that they aided al quaeda to attack the US... that's one hell of a slippery slope.. and untrue.
also chomsky has flat out denied having any belief that the government had anything to do with the attacks, he's said it directly on video even..
