You balk and they ask if you have a signed receipt from the receiver, emails confirming the order and a copy of their first born's dna... Doing this for each and every order would be cost prohibitive and is still no guarantee of anything.
You got burned by promotion...we got burned twice this year and actually paid out goods...more than 500$ - Gateway processor does nothing and the bank only gives you grief...dickheads.
So I am going to a collection agency and put the crooks through hell...wont get much if anything back but...

The banks are all in trouble due to there own faults, most of the fraud charges with your checking account or credit cards the banks just credit you back and they take a loss most of the time.
Then they send me something in the mail telling me to contact the company that frauded me to ask for a credit, meanwhile the bank already credit my account. Makes zero sense, the bank should be calling them or contacting the authorities to find out why they took money from my account. So they just right off millions of dollars...and most scammers just keep doing it.
